Key Responsibilities
Simultaneously lead and manage 3 to 5 strategic projects of varying scope, scale, and complexity, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.Oversee the complete project lifecycle adhering to the organization’s structured Stage Gate process.Continuously learn, apply, and advocate for the organization’s Stage Gate methodologies, ensuring consistent and effective project governance across all initiatives.Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams located across global sites, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project milestones and deliverables.Provide clear and timely communication of project status, risks, dependencies, and critical issues to stakeholders, leadership, and functional teams.Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including but not limited to Project Charters, Detailed Project Plans, Risk Registers, Gate Exit Reports, and Closure Reports.
