Job Summary
The Senior Manager – PMO is responsible for leading and directing the COE PMO team and North America (NA) ISV-project management teams based in Talegaon, India through strong leadership, operational excellence, and a customer-focused approach. This role drives Safety, Quality, Sales POR performance, and project execution to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations. The position also plays a key role in enabling long-term business growth by supporting organizational development, improving order management and production processes, and guiding global supply planning.Responsible for delivering a $M POR, this leader ensures continuous improvement across functional operations while fostering a high-performance culture.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Leadership & Execution
Ensure the highest safety standards and performance across the execution teams.Meet and exceed annual Sales POR objectives.Drive operational efficiency, speed, and cost optimization to support on-time delivery of complex projects and improve margins.Lead PMO and Documentation teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and flawless execution. Operational Excellence
Develop a high-performing PMO organization to improve service levels across all KOBs.Oversee the complete quote-to-cash lifecycle and ensure achievement of project KPIs.Partner with Global SBU, PMO, and Operations teams to accelerate execution and identify margin improvement opportunities.Champion Perfect Execution and Lean methodologies across all activities.Planning & Forecasting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support S&OP by providing accurate bookings/sales outlooks and operational capacity forecasts.Drive effective PMO and Order Management resource planning to Effectively manage business growth without any impact on service level performance and customer commitments Governance & Compliance
Maintain strict adherence to Trade Compliance policies and ethical procedures.Implement sustainable process improvements across project execution and documentation functions.Job Summary

Customer : Regularly attend customer meetings in support of executing projects.Travel: Regional and international travel required based on project needs.Who You Are:
Education & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Instrumentation EngineeringProject Management certification (Prince, CAPM, APM, PMP) preferred.For This Role, You Will Need:
+ Years’ experience in operations, sales, project managementExtensive product knowledge of Isolation valves and actuatorsKnowledge of mechanical/metallurgical manufacturing techniquesKnowledge of Lean processesProven leadership skillsDecisive with a bias for actionVery good written and spoken EnglishLominger Competencies
