Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HSE Leader to oversee the development and execution of capital projects across multiple manufacturing plants in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, utilizing project management methodologies to deliver value-added engineering solutions that enhance production capacity, asset integrity, efficiency, safety, sustainability and circularity.

Responsibilities

  • Led a multidisciplinary team of ~10 engineers in managing full lifecycle stages from concept to handover.
  • Translated business objectives into clear technical solutions delivering measurable operational and financial value.
