Summary of Position:

The Sustaining Engineering Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating multiple engineering development and manufacturing transfer projects to ensure the timely delivery of high‑quality, cost‑effective products. This role defines project scope, schedules, and comprehensivly plans using best‑practice project management methods and tools such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project. The Project Manager drives cross‑functional execution to meet performance, cost, and quality targets while managing resources, budgets, risks, and deviations.
