Engineering Project Manager

Overview

The Engineering Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance of assigned major capital expenditure projects insofar as design and construction are concerned and ensuring that all design, engineering, and construction efforts are controlled in all aspects of quality, schedule and budget.

CAPEX Estimation and Construction Management

• Maps out the strategies and measures in delivering the major projects on time, within budget and with the right quality.
• Sets project time tables, formulates operating and capital budgets, establishes measurable performance control standards, and devices monitoring and reporting systems for management consumption.
• Collaborates with all department heads concerned, including critical partners in corporate engineering and purchasing, in ensuring that all these will be met. Likewise involves contracted partners such as Architects, Engineers, and Contractors.
