Overview

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm. We are a 24/7 operation, so flexibility for this role is essential.

Pay rate : £35,000 per year

Your Role

• As a Hygiene Manager you will support, guide and motivate your team across all shifts, ensuring they have the understanding and capability to do their jobs safely and efficiently.
• You will lead the way with your focus on kitchen hygiene to support Safety and Food quality, while demonstrating and celebrating the Essential Ingredients that make our kitchens great places to work.
• You will contribute to shaping and delivering the annual plan for the kitchens as well as meeting weekly and monthly targets.
