Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for Engineering Roles Such as Electonics, Electical engineer, etc
- Utilize ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver top talent.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit, both technically and culturally.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence to proactively source niche talent.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in engineering recruitment for either US or UK clients
- Proficiency in LinkedIn RPS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
