Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for Engineering Roles Such as Electonics, Electical engineer, etc
  • Utilize ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver top talent.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit, both technically and culturally.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence to proactively source niche talent.


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in engineering recruitment for either US or UK clients
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn RPS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
