Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles (R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Software, Mechanical, Electrical)
Source and screen candidates using ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and compliance needs
Conduct initial technical and behavioral screenings
Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
Ensure adherence to medical device industry standards and hiring compliance
