  • Provide technical expertise on product features, specifications, and performance.
  • Support the pre-sales process by customizing solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure accurate technical documentation (datasheets, whitepapers, catalogs, etc.)
  • Work with engineering team from the headquarters to customize or modify products for local markets.
  • Provide post-sales technical support and address product performance concerns.
  • Conducts market and competitive research to identify gaps or opportunities for new product development.
  • Act as a liaison between the subsidiary and HQ to communicate customer feedback, site issue and suggest innovations.
  • Provide guidance on installation, troubleshooting, and product demonstrations.
  • Ensure products meet local safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise a team of technical experts, ensuring high performance.
  • Issue Software Development Documents to HQ to make Custom Software Modifications for the product.
  • Provide detail feedback to HQ about Damaged Products or Factory defect issues
  • Visit jobsite locally in Singapore for Training and Troubleshooting

Job Requirements

  • Need to be fluent/proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Japanese to understand the product manuals and have meetings with HQ (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
  • Need to have good command in English to explain solutions to our customers
  • Need to have solid knowledge of IP Network
  • Willing to travel abroad to conduct Product Training and Troubleshooting
