We are looking for an Engineering Safety Lead who is passionate about safety culture, skilled in influencing positive behaviors, and committed to continuous improvement to join our Global Engineering team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.

About the role:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and embedding a strong safety culture across our global engineering organization. You are going to inspire safe behaviors, empower teams to take ownership of safety, and integrate safety thinking into every stage of engineering project delivery.

  • This role is pivotal in leading a shift from compliance-driven safety to a deeply embedded, values-based safety culture within global engineering projects.
  • You will serve as the central safety contact for all engineering projects, acting as a key influencer and change agent across geographies and functions.
