Engineering & Service Senior Manager

• Updates management on the progress of escalated service activities and acquires management approval on recommended action.
• Assists in the formulation of short and long range planning and in the preparation of forecasts and other required reports.
• Prepares and/or reviews costing and selling prices to maximize contribution and win biddings.
• Manages the credit and collection activities of the department. Ensures that Ars are paid on time.
• Recruits and assigns enough qualified personnel to adequately cover customer service requests.
• Organizes, plans and coordinates all after sales activities of the department.
• Maintains close liaison with customers and suppliers.
