JOB SUMMARY:

The Engineering & Service Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the Engineering Department, ensuring efficient delivery of aftersales services, equipment maintenance, and customer support. The role involves leading service teams, managing contracts and costing, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective technical and operational management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Engineering, preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer.
  • With at least 10 years of relevant experience in HVAC, general equipment maintenance, and warranty administration, including 5 years in managerial level role.
