Job Summary

The Engineering Site Services Manager at Albert Bartlett is responsible for leading the planning and scheduling of all maintenance activities-planned, preventative, and reactive-across our Airdrie site. You will ensure resources, parts, and permits are in place to maximise equipment uptime, support food safety compliance, and minimise engineering downtime. This role covers critical site services including refrigeration, steam, compressed air, and utilities, requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules for processing, packaging, refrigeration, steam, and utilities equipment.
