Engineering Solutions Manager

Title: Engineering Manager (NON-IT)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 20-25 years

Engineering Discipline Heads / Leads (Experience 18 - 25 years in Design and Engineering of EPC project in respective discipline)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage respective discipline engineering team to ensure delivery of high-quality engineering solutions
• Elect: power distribution engineering for mission-critical data centers and similar high-tech facilities, electrical infrastructure for data centers with both medium and high voltage electrical design
• Mech / HVAC : Designing of Cooling Systems including Air-Cooled and Water-cooled systems, Chillers, Cooling Towers etc. incl. DLC system in Data centres
• Review technology advancements and identifying risks and their commercial implications.
• Responsible for the technical integrity of the design with the applicable local / international engineering codes and standards
• Coordinate with Project Management / Controls team to ensure adherance to overall Project timelines
• Coordinate with other Engineering disciplines to ensure inter-discipline alignment and integration of engineering activities
• Coordinate with procurement, contracts & construction teams etc. to ensure all technical documents / drawings / deliverables are made available
• Responsible for day to day coordination with Engineering Consultants for all technical inputs, reviews and approval
