We are looking for a talented Engineering Specialist to join our team specialising in Motor Controls Software Design & HIL Simulation for Cummins Drivetrain & Braking Systems in Cwmbran, United Kingdom.
This role involves developing, implementing, and validating advanced control strategies for electric brake and steering systems, ensuring robust performance across a range of operating conditions. It requires up to 25-30% of domestic and international travel frequency.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Innovative Control Systems: Leading the design and development of advanced motor and inverter control algorithms, including Field-Oriented Control (FOC), Direct Torque Control (DTC), and sensorless control techniques.
