Responsible for overseeing various engineering projects, processes, budgets, and timelines and making any necessary adjustments in order to ensure successful completion. Lead and support the Process Engineers to meet their duties and responsibilities. Responsible for the coordination of the Process Engineers activities to meet targets and objectives. Follow up on projects assigned to each Engineer. Establish the working method and follow-up activities for Process Engineering. Lead the Process Engineers to follow Quality System regulations. Encourage team work. Lead to the Process Engineers to assume leadership on the Engineering projects. Work closely with product management team to ensure we're building the best products.
