Qualifications

  • Has at least 3+ years in design and installation of PV systems
  • Has completed at least a single 100kW PV System Design and Installation Project
  • Has the ability to manage multiple teams
  • Has basic knowledge about PPA and Net-Metering Standards
  • Can drive 4-wheel vehicle MT/AT
  • Able to work under pressure and has strong problem solving skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage on-site solar PV installation activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved plans, technical drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance, including verification of electrical and mechanical installations, system grounding, and troubleshooting to ensure safe and proper system performance.
