  • At least 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with proven troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and technical documentation abilities.
  • Proficient in evaluating machine performance and using data-driven insights to guide maintenance priorities.
