**Job Purpose**:
Lead and coordinate the engineering team’s activities to ensure the design, development, implementation, and improvement of processes, products, and projects, aligning with the organization's strategic objectives and meeting quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
Experiência y requisitos
**Technical Knowledge**:
- Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
- Project management (PMBOK, Agile).
- Process and equipment design and analysis.
- CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or others).
- Applicable standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.). Skills:
- Leadership and team motivation.
- Data-driven decision-making and critical thinking.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Planning, organization, and time management. Technology:
