The Engineering Supervisor will act as a technical leader responsible for defining processes, enhancing existing equipment, and ensuring quality. This role provides day-to-day engineering support for single-piece flow manufacturing and collaborates closely with the Maintenance team. The position will play a pivotal role in driving detailed work instructions, process definitions, and controls in partnership with the Quality department.
Responsibilities Include
+ Ensure production lines operate smoothly by addressing process weaknesses and equipment issues.
+ Collaborate with the Maintenance team to develop reliability improvement strategies and preventive actions.
+ Oversee installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment, ensuring compliance with DoD and internal standards.
