Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians in maintaining and improving building systems and infrastructure
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facility equipment and systems
• Oversee the planning, coordination and execution of repair and renovation projects
• Manage energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations and environmental standards
