Position Summary:

The primary function of this person will be to supervise a Design Engineering Team on one or more projects. The Engineering Supervisor will provide direction and design guidance for an Engineering Team. They will ensure that the team's work meets the project design scope objectives, all applicable standards, and product specification requirements. 

Performance Expectations:

• Estimate Engineering hours and generate project sub schedules that support the overall project schedule.
• Represent the design team in project meetings and report on project activities and progress.
• Prepare design concepts, should costs, lead design reviews and co-ordinate group evaluations of mule and prototype machines.
• Lead Design failure mode and effect analysis review (DFMEA).
• Participate in the development and execution of the Design Validation Plan (DVP).
