- The Engineering supervisor is responsible for supporting New Product Development Introduction and products already implemented in the factory during their transfer to the Sustaining group. The supervisor provides daily assistance to manufacturing teams to ensure products are manufactured according to requirements and prepared for transition to the Sustaining team.
- The Engineering Supervisor coordinates NPDI projects with the COE team, ensuring alignment with Vertiv standards and effective implementation. Daily responsibilities include tracking engineering deliverables, managing escalations and problem resolution, and maintaining coordination with the Engineering Development Manager to support departmental efficiency
