Engineering Supervisor

• Lead the assigned Turnover Assistance Team (TOAST) to bring residential units to Full Acceptance (FA) status.
• Assist the Project Management Assistant Manager/Project Manager/Project Management Senior Project Manager in the documentary close-out of the project.
• As frequently required, prepare the necessary report with regard to the status of residential units.
• Reports to: Project Management Senior Manager/Project Management Manager
• Coordinate with the engaged External Construction Management and contractor representative/s (in the absence of the Project Management Manager) & other project staff.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Timely turn-over of residential units to BTG with a target average of four (4) FA units per workday.
