About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Supervisor to provide first-line management support to our Engineering Team.
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience while ensuring compliance with all legislative, safety, and company policies. You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of engineering operations, identifying and resolving issues as they arise, and escalating key concerns when necessary.
Through strong leadership, effective communication, and active engagement, you will support and develop a high-performing engineering team while ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and downtime is kept to a minimum.
