Engineering Supervisor (Sustaining, Manufacturing)

**Summary**:
Manage a group of engineers to deliver results on time and able to offer engineering solutions for all aspects and phases related to the manufacture of products with a Methodic & Systematic Approach to resolve issues and improve processes.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that manufacturing processes and/or manufacturing methods within the facility are capable to meet quality, cost, and lead time requirements.
- Responsible for installation, Manufacturing Method, and compliance Specifications.
- Coordinate all sustaining activities related to the Manufacturing Engineering group.
- Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing process.
- Execute the Standardization of manufacturing processes.
- Lead and supervise multifunctional projects and initiatives in the operational area.
