Eaton’s IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Engineering Supervisor.
**What you’ll do**:
**Primary Function**:
Responsible to lead the manufacturing and electrical test engineering team to assure the continuous production process support and follow up on continuous improvement projects to achieve a higher productivity and efficiency.
Provide leadership and direction to the engineering team to assure the succesfull implementation of projects and achievement of the goals of the department.
**Essential Functions**:
- Manages and oversees the daily work of the manufacturing and electrical test engineering team
- Follow up with engineering team on Balanced Scorecard metrics to support and achieve the goal
- Identify cost out opportunities with the team
- Integrate projects related to Industry 4.0
- Colaborates with NPI team to assure a efficient transition with the support team
