Engineering Support Assistant 2

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

ESA is expected to work closely with engineer and project manager in daily activities.

Executing tasks assigned by project manager.

Project documentation & logistics work, raise internal support request, ECO (Engineering Change Order) and MCO (Manufacturing Change Order).

Manage BOM (Bill of Material) and component inventory.

Submit PR (Purchase Requisition) and PO (Purchase Order) tracking.

Project coordination.

Manage manufacturing prototype job or qualification job request.

New component part number creation (experience with electronic component attributes is a plus).

Work collaboratively with internal cross‑functional teams such as PCB, Test, compliance, manufacturing, and others based on project requirements.

Demonstrate great teamwork and ability to interact across R&D and manufacturing teams.
