Engineering Support

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for all maintenance activities related to their accounts and/or local designated team activities. Including preparation of proposals for AMC and services, as well as managing dedicated team members while executing work orders. Acts as the main point of contact for logged cases and provides first-line support. Coordinates tasks internally and externally. Continuously improves team productivity by enhancing skillsets. Manages key accounts and develops them.

KEY RESULTS AREAS (RESPONSIBILITIES):

• Provides first-line support for maintenance services.
• Prepares quotations and proposals for maintenance requests.
• Plans operations for deploying all required manpower for job execution. Provides instructions on maintenance scope, timelines, locations, and relevant details.
• Arranges site visits before job commencement.
