The Engineering System Specialist - OTA works within the Quality Engineering department at the Honda Canada National Office (HCI). The responsibilities of this position include the planning, validation, deployment, and post-launch monitoring of Over-The-Air (OTA) software updates for Honda and Acura vehicles in the Canadian market. This role supports OTA-related quality investigations and identifies market issues through data analysis, warranty review, and field investigation activities.
