We are looking for an Engineering Systems Support Analyst/Administrator to work in Auburn Hills. This role will support and maintain engineering systems at the enterprise level. The selected candidate will understand emerging ALM and Simulation, ECAD technologies while maintaining focus on day-to-day operations of said technology domains at the group/multi-site/enterprise level.

Key responsibilities as part of the IT Enterprise Engineering Systems Run team:
  • ALM & Simulation applications support (installation/configuration) a priority with ECAD application support secondary.
  • Support Software Factory development and support model.
  • Respond to engineering Incident & Service ticket items in queue per priority level.
  • Analyze / troubleshoot issues, develop solutions and actively coordinate follow up with peers as needed....
