Engineering Team Lead

The Merch Tech Lead serves as the technical leader who owns key business outcomes and drives them by leading execution across the entire technology stack. Achieving these outcomes requires rapid experimentation, scaling successful experiments, and building infrastructure in phases while guiding a team of highly motivated engineers. The role also owns two platforms-Customer-facing BEx and the internal stakeholder-focused Operation Station. Together, these platforms support multi-million-dollar decisions across the business. Our goal with them is to leverage heuristics, internal stakeholders' insights, and AI to drive automation of actions. The core new module to be owned by this role is the Attribution Engine, which will tie our automation and measurement! Additionally, this role ensures we are building highly scalable data platforms, intuitive front-end experiences, and reliable workflow automation that enable hundreds of vendors to make better and faster decisions. The Merch Tech Lead...
