Deep Technical Expertise in Ruby on Rails & Leadership - You have extensive hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails in production environments and a proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams working with this stack

Strong System and Database Knowledge - You possess a robust understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, and are skilled in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for performance and scalability

Cloud Infrastructure Proficiency (AWS) - You have practical experience working with AWS infrastructure, including the ability to integrate and manage cloud-based services to support scalable and reliable applications

Commitment to Quality and Full-Stack Excellence –You promote testable and maintainable software, bring hands-on experience with end-to-end testing frameworks such as Cypress, and actively support testing best practices within the team.
