We are partnering with a leading FMCG manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Engineering Team Leader . This is a permanent, site-based role, reporting to the Department Engineering Manager, with responsibility for leading a team of engineers to deliver a high-quality, reliable service across the site.

About the Role

As Engineering Team Leader, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the engineering function within Fresh or Chilled operations. You will be accountable for achieving all engineering KPIs, managing the departmental budget, motivating your team, and ensuring a robust service to all other departments. You will also play a key role in health & safety compliance, continuous improvement initiatives, and capital projects.
