Job Role & Key Responsibilities:

As Engineering Team Leader, youll be the operational hub of the engineering team managing the planning, communication, and administration that keep everything running smoothly. From maintenance scheduling and spare part management to compliance tracking and contractor coordination, youll ensure the department operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance tasks and engineer workloads.
  • Track outstanding work orders, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.
  • Support the Engineering Manager with resource planning, KPI reporting, and departmental priorities.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder critical components to avoid downtime.
