Job Description
This role supports NA (US and Canada) in go-to-market activities, working closely with the lead to ensure the platform is ready to support new features and adapt to future customer needs. The support role executes tasks, maintains documentation, and ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations.
This role will help troubleshoot issues, manage follow‑ups, and contribute to process improvements to help ensure the successful product delivery in the Go-to-Market phase.
Key duties:
- Coordinating with cross‑functional teams to assist with project execution
- Maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports to support project transparency.
