Technical Manager – Architectural

We are a well-established Construction & Contracting Company seeking an experienced Technical Manager (Architectural) to lead and manage our technical department in the UAE.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture .
  • Extensive experience working with major real estate developers .
  • Strong track record in building construction projects , including high-rise towers with a Huge developments .
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE or GCC .
  • Total professional experience between 10 to20 years in the same field.
  • Proven experience within contracting and construction companies is mandatory.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, technical standards, local authority requirements, and approvals.
