  • Manage and coordinate technical and industrial skills training for SATORP's manufacturing and operations staff. ​
  • Review annual training needs and plan objectives. ​
  • Collaborate with external and internal trainers to ensure quality training delivery. ​
  • Evaluate training courses, collect feedback, and assess trainers' performance. ​
  • Link training programs with talent management and career development initiatives. ​
  • Develop training objectives, goals, and plans in coordination with the Training Programs Development Section. ​
  • Stay updated on training trends and recommend improvements. ​
  • Prepare specifications for training courses and assist in selecting external trainers. ​
  • Maintain a database of training courses, evaluations, feedback, and materials. ​
  • Develop training KPIs to monitor and achieve objectives. ​
