Engineering Technician

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technician with more than three years' experience in Industrial Electrical applications within Australia.

As a part of the NRW Group, we have a solid pipeline of work that will give you experience in local and Statewide key sectors such as Mining and Resource, Government and Defence, Fuels, and Hazardous Areas to name a few.

Our specialist Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation and Design and Construction capabilities are borne from embracing evolutions within our industry, active research and development of new ideas and a consistent commitment to the development of our people, infrastructure and systems, to meet the changing needs of our clients.

To be considered for the positions it is essential to have the following skills:

• Enjoy technical and engineering activities;
• Good hand-eye coordination;
• Able to identify, analyse and solve problems;
• Good at computing and design;
• Good at mathematics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certificate III or Diploma of Electrotechnology (Electronic and Electric);
• Construction Safety Awareness Training Card (White Card);
• Control System Programming/ Training Certificates; and
• WP – Boom-type Elevating Work Platforms (boom length 11 metres or greater);
• Fire Safety Training;
