Responsibilities:
- Assist engineering teams in setting up test equipment for both engineering and production activities.
Manage and sustain Test & Backend Equipment, including:
Bench Test Systems
- ATE Testers
- Handlers & Probers
- Thermostream
- ICOS
- Laser Marking Equipment
- Perform test program correlation and reject verification to ensure test accuracy.
- Prepare test hardware for remote testing, including loading test programs and conducting sanity checks.
- Carry out characterization or sample screening based on internal engineering requests.
- Support test operations in a semiconductor production / engineering environment.
Technical Skills & Requirements:
- Knowledge of semiconductor processes, SMT, packaging, and automotive electronics preferred
