The primary purpose of this position is: To provide expert civil engineering technical support for stand alone non-recurring and multi-year recurring service repair contract in developing, modifying moderately complex and serve as functional specialist in performing surveillance and management of contractor performances as required. Responsibilities Maintains surveillance over moderately complex civil engineer base maintenance and repair service contracts. Serves as a Team Member.
