A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Engineering Technician.


Position Type: Full time Contract

Duration: 06-12 Months

Location: Melbourne, FL (Onsite)



As an Engineering Technician, you will:
  • Provide hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware issues on computers, monitors, servers, and communication equipment (i.e., Cisco, Dell, Oracle, HP, Xerox, NetApp)
  • Troubleshoot failures using multiple OS platforms to include Windows, Linux, and Unix
  • Maintain an active record of troubleshooting and repairs using a ticket system
  • Diagnoses, refurbish, and test hardware received from the field and lab
  • Gather, analyze, and report failure data trends and inventory levels
  • Inform and interact with the engineering team to recommend solutions to problems
