Responsibilities:
Perform service duties across all product types in compliance with quality policies, ESD precautions, and OSHA guidelines.Generate service orders for customer and company-owned systems and sub-assemblies.Verify fault conditions and identify faulty components using troubleshooting techniques; repair or replace components as needed.Conduct thorough cleaning and inspection of returned systems and sub-assemblies.Obtain replacement parts and perform inventory transactions within ERP/MRP databases.Review Engineering Change Order records and Service Memos for updates on software, hardware, and repair procedures.Install new software and update hardware components, including quality and performance testing.Integrate current product design changes into repair activities.Test products to ensure they meet design specifications.Enter repair information into SAP, SalesForce, and TrackW...
