Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform service duties across all product types in compliance with quality policies, ESD precautions, and OSHA guidelines.
  • Generate service orders for customer and company-owned systems and sub-assemblies.
  • Verify fault conditions and identify faulty components using troubleshooting techniques; repair or replace components as needed.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and inspection of returned systems and sub-assemblies.
  • Obtain replacement parts and perform inventory transactions within ERP/MRP databases.
  • Review Engineering Change Order records and Service Memos for updates on software, hardware, and repair procedures.
  • Install new software and update hardware components, including quality and performance testing.
  • Integrate current product design changes into repair activities.
  • Test products to ensure they meet design specifications.
