**Engineering Technician**
**Pay Rate:** $26.40 – $30.80 per hour
**Shift Openings:**
+ **2nd Shift:** 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
+ **3rd Shift:** 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
**Position Overview**
Our client is seeking an experienced **Engineering Technician** to support test environment development and manage SMT production processes in a high-volume manufacturing setting. This role is part of the Engineering Department and offers hands-on exposure to advanced manufacturing technologies, new product introductions (NPI), and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Engineering Technician plays a critical role in optimizing test processes, maintaining testing equipment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, high-quality production.
