We are seeking an experienced Assembly Team Lead to join our production team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide a team, optimize assembly processes, and ensure high-quality output. Job Duties:
- Develop, maintain, and improve assembly processes to reduce inefficiencies and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with Quality Engineers to monitor tools, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
