Role Overview

Touchwood Engineering is seeking a highly skilled CNC Setter and Programmer specializing in Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC), Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), and Vertical Turret Lathes (VTL). The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in setting and programming high-precision components for Toyoda, Doosan, BFW, and Mazak HMC Machines.

Key Responsibilities

1 Machine Setup & Operation: Perform end-to-end setup of HMC, VTL & VMC machines, including fixture mounting, tool offsetting, and part alignment.

2.⁠ ⁠Programming: Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs (G-code and M-code). Proficiency in software and manual programming is highly preferred.
