At present we need Engineering Technologist to perform the following tasks:

Role Purpose:

The Engineering Technologist will provide technical support for BNZINO’s luxury home renovations and commercial fit-out projects. This role focuses on applying engineering technology to ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency throughout the planning and construction phases.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist in planning and coordinating construction activities for residential and commercial projects.

· Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and compliance documentation in line with Australian building standards.

· Conduct site inspections and surveys to verify adherence to design plans and regulatory requirements.

· Collaborate with architects, designers, and trades to integrate technical solutions into project delivery.

· Monitor construction progress, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion.

· Evaluate materials and processes; recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and sustainability.

· Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, and technical reports for management and clients.

· Supervise testing and inspection of construction materials and workmanship.

· Troubleshoot technical issues during construction and propose practical solutions.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to innovation in construction methods.

· Coordinate the development of engineered solutions for framing, access systems, supports, and architectural elements

Appropriate candidate must have the following skills, education and experience:

Education : Bachelor Degree or Higher Degree in related field

Australian Experience : At least 3 + years of Australian Experience OR

Overseas Experience : At least 3+ years of Overseas Experience

Specialist : Engineering Technologist

Work Rights : Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder
