Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop and deliver Global Engineering training programs for various levels of Engineering leaders, managers, and employees.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps and training requirements.
- Design and develop training programs using instructional design principles and techniques, including classroom, online, and on-the-job training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
- Establish Global relationships and partnerships that effectively work across Global business and functional teams on Engineering learning initiatives.
