The ideal candidate will lead both local and remote teams specialized in UI, AI, AR, and AWS, and will focus on delivering exceptional user experiences and robust system architecture. Your influence will be pivotal in driving the strategic direction of our technical initiatives aimed at streamlining clinical and operational practices within medical settings. The Engineering Vice President will play a crucial role in applying advanced machine learning techniques and managing database systems, thriving in an Agile environment and utilizing relevant tools effectively. We require candidates to possess at least 10 years of experience managing diverse, technical teams and demonstrating a proven ability in defining cloud service architectures, conducting code reviews, and fostering development initiatives. An extensive technical background is essential, including proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, Redux, and Postgres/MySQL. A strong grasp of Agile methodologies and related tools, along with the capacity to engage with technical tasks such as reviewing and debugging code, is critical. Additionally, familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and a robust personal tech acumen are vital.
